Striving to provide safety and security
Our founder Tomisaku Funayama started a business with 2 persons in Koamicho, Nihonbashi, tokyo in 1948. The current Funayama Co., Ltd. was established in 1956 in founder's hometown Niigata Prefecture.
We started to sell firefighting equipment, fire hoses and canvas. After that we expanded our business along the theme of "safety and security".
More than 50 years, Funayama Company has grown to one of the leading company for disaster prevention fields.
We succeed to our history and tradition, to hear customer's needs, long experience, unique now-how. Furthermore we will develop new field like environment and caregiving.
We never forget our challenge sprit and push on into the future.
